Dynbo Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect account and contact details, property information, messages, photos, work records and support requests. We also collect the technical information needed to keep Dynbo working, such as sign-in records and browser information.

Why we use it

We use this information to deliver messages, verify users, organize work, provide support, process billing and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information or use your messages for unrelated advertising.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to understand visits to our public website and improve our pages and marketing. Where analytics is enabled, it uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, interactions with website buttons and videos, referral sources, browser and device information, and approximate location. We do not use Google Analytics inside the signed-in Dynbo app or send it the information you enter in our forms. We do not use this setup for personalized advertising.

Where required, we ask before enabling analytics cookies. You can turn analytics off or change your choice using Cookie choices in the website footer. We also disable analytics when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. These choices apply to your current browser and do not prevent you from using Dynbo.

Google processes analytics information for us and may process it outside your country. Our event-level retention setting is 14 months; the retention period for a user identifier may restart when you return, and aggregated reports may be kept longer. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Questions can be sent to hello@dynbo.com.

Who can see it

When you text a property, its authorized team can see your phone number, message and any photos you send. The property decides how to handle its work records. BluHat handles the information needed to operate Dynbo.

We use service providers to help with hosting, messaging, payments and support, including Google Cloud and Twilio. We share information as needed to provide those services or meet legal obligations. Text-message consent is not sold or shared for another company's marketing.

Text messages

Sending a report allows the property to reply about that issue. It does not sign you up for marketing. Verification texts are sent when requested. Account verification does not give permission for unrelated messages. Contact us for help with task-assignment texts.

Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. You can also contact us if you need help with your texting choices.

How long we keep information

Limited billing and legal records may need to be retained after operational data is deleted. We will explain any applicable exception when handling a deletion request.

Your choices

Email hello@dynbo.com to request a copy of your information, an export, a correction or deletion. We verify your identity and authority before sharing or deleting information. We aim to complete requests within 30 calendar days of receiving them and will explain any exception or permitted delay.

We may need to work with the property responsible for your records. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to complain to a privacy regulator. We respect applicable rights and do not penalize you for exercising them.

Using Dynbo safely

We use safeguards to protect information, but no online service is completely risk-free. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or sensitive medical information by text. Dynbo is a business service and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes and questions

We will notify you of material changes to this policy. A policy update does not give us permission to send unrelated texts. For questions, email hello@dynbo.com.
